Welcome to the world of commercial real estate!! I look forward to helping you with your commercial mortgage financing needs.

When you have a commercial property you wish to purchase email me the following:

  • Purchase contract
  • Purchase - How much cash are you putting down?
  • Executive Summary - Tell us about the deal, borrower, situation, scenario, anything we should know (a paragraph or two)
  • Fill out the attached application called the 1003 app. Used for hard data about the deal, borrower, property, etc.
  • Credit Report - Allows us to judge which program(s) qualify for Appraisal (if one is available)

Once you fill out the 1003 app you'll have to print it out and than fax it to me at 201-581-0416. However, be sure to email me the appraisal and the purchase contract -DO NOT FAX THEM. Faxes of the purchase contract and the appraisal will NOT be accepted. (Yes, you may have to scan those documents).

Once I have that I will let you know what we can do for you.

If you have a credit score of 680 or less you'll need to work on your credit to restore it to a higher level. The higher your credit score (FICO) the more competitive the interest and points will be for your financing.
